🔍 What You'll Learn:

  • The Knee & the Whole Body: Discover why knee pain isn’t always just a “knee problem” and how mobility and control at the hips, ankles, and feet can influence the way your knees move and handle load.

  • Common Knee Concerns: Learn more about conditions such as meniscus injuries, osteoarthritis, knee replacement, patellofemoral pain, and tendon irritation and how they may affect everyday movements like stairs, squatting, lunging, kneeling, and repeated knee bending.

  • Smarter Movement Strategies: Through guided movement, explore how your lower body moves during common weight-bearing activities, compare movement from side to side, and learn how strength, balance, mobility, and joint control work together to support the knee.

  • 30-Minute Pilates Mat Class: Put what you’ve learned into practice with a 30-minute Pilates mat class focused on knee strength, mobility, control, and overall knee health. The class will offer practical movement strategies you can carry into your Pilates practice, workouts, and everyday activities.
