At our studio, we believe that a strong foundation is the key to a safe, effective, and empowering Pilates practice. All new clients begin with one of the following introductory options. This intentional starting point is what allows us to offer a more personalized, attentive experience than traditional group fitness environments and set you up for long-term success.
We require all new clients to begin this way because it creates a more supportive, constructive, and elevated experience for you—and for our entire community.

This package is for new clients only. It includes 4 private sessions: 1 evaluation session and 3 private sessions. We will review your goals, the studio policies, and get you familiar with the Pilates equipment. This is intended to get clients comfortable with classical Pilates and determine the best long-term practice that works for you and your level.

Advanced Instructor: $400In-Person Only
All sessions must be used within 3 months.

One 60-minute private session for new clients. We will review your goals, the studio policies, and go through a mini session. This is intended to get clients comfortable with classical Pilates and determine the best level of group classes for you.
60 min. Session:
Instructor: $85
Advanced Instructor: $100 -
In this 5-class series, build confidence on the reformer as you learn essential Pilates principles, Level 1 exercises, and the control needed to transition safely into regular classes.
Series: $160
