Our Instuctors

Brittany Dever, Owner

Welcome to my Pilates studio nestled in the heart of Media, PA! I am a dedicated classical Pilates instructor with a passion for movement and holistic well-being. My teaching is rooted in the belief that knowledge is the path to empowerment. I strive to demystify the human body for my clients, making Pilates an approachable and engaging journey. My ultimate goal is to nurture not only physical strength but also confidence. Since 2019, I've had the pleasure of teaching a diverse range of clients, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

With over 13 years of experience in both contemporary and classical Pilates, I have honed my skills to provide my clients with the guidance they need to reach their goals. In January 2021, I proudly graduated from The Pilates Center Advanced Pilates Teacher Training Program under the expert tutelage of Erika Groff and Susanne Staehr at The Pilates Workshop. My extensive training, encompassing 900+ hours, has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of fundamental movement skills, breath, and anatomy.

When I'm not in the studio, I cherish spending quality time with my lovely daughters, Amelia and Hazel, and my supportive husband, Michael. You will find us walking in Tyler Arboretum, camping throughout Pennsylvania, and seeing live theatre.

Reva Adams, Instructor

Reva is a teacher, dancer, yogi, and wellness enthusiast based out of Lancaster, PA. Reva received her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Dance May of 2021. During her time at Slippery Rock University, she also received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, recognized by Yoga Alliance. Through yoga and dance is where Reva originally sprouted her passion of sharing wellness and artistry into her community.

However, living by the saying “forever a student,”she has continued her education at The Pilates Center, graduating from the 600hr Intermediate Plus Program. This program has introduced her into an entirely new way of teaching, and the ability to help people of her communities get stronger, connecting to their mind, body, and breath. She believes that movement is the best form of medicine, and no matter what level of movement you’re comfortable with, she hopes that she can be a part of the process with you.

Reva is beyond grateful for the opportunity to share her love of movement and the amazing work of Pilates here at Pathway.

Mari Kraske, Instructor

Mari grew up just outside of Washington, D.C., where she trained as a ballet dancer, a foundation that continues to shape her love for movement. She went on to spend over two decades in publishing and arts administration in New York and Philadelphia, specializing in communications and collaborating with a wide range of organizations, artists, and communities.

Her lifelong connection to movement eventually led her to Pilates. After undergoing spinal fusion surgery for severe scoliosis as a teenager, and later seeking a form of exercise that felt both challenging and restorative in her 40s, Mari found in Pilates a practice that supports her body’s unique structure while helping her move with greater strength and ease. Inspired to share these benefits with others, she is Mat and Reformer Level I-III certified and continuing in her classical Pilates comprehensive teacher training certification through Body Precision.

Mari lives in Wallingford with her husband, Curtis and their two young daughters.

Lauren McCall, Instructor

Movement has been a part of Lauren’s life for as long as she can remember. Growing up as an athlete, Lauren developed an appreciation for how movement can build strength, confidence, and connection to the body.

After undergoing surgery and becoming a mother, Lauren turned to Pilates as a way to restore both her body and mind. What began as a personal healing journey quickly became a passion. Pilates helped her reconnect with herself, and she knew she wanted to share that experience with others.

Lauren graduated from The Pilates Center’s 600-hour Intermediate Plus Teacher Training Program in the summer of 2025, and is a graduate of the Heritage Training Program with renowned teacher educator, Cara Reeser. Through Cara’s mentorship, Lauren had the opportunity to study the work and teachings of Kathy Grant, one of Joseph Pilates’ first-generation students. Lauren will continue her education through Cara’s year-long Movement Science Made Simple program.

Lauren’s teaching is rooted in classical Pilates, with a focus on teaching the body in front of her. She believes healthy movement looks different for everyone, and her goal is to help clients build strength, confidence, and greater ease in their everyday lives.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll find Lauren spending time with her daughter, running local trails, or enjoying live music
