A private session is a one-on-one Pilates experience tailored entirely to you. Whether you’re a beginner, working with an injury, or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your practice, your instructor will guide you through movement designed for your body, your goals, and your pace.
DUETS & TRIOS
Advanced Instructor: $90

Duet sessions offer the same personalized approach as privates, shared with a partner. You’ll move together while each of you receives individualized guidance, making it a supportive and connected way to practice alongside a friend or family member.
Advanced Instructor sessions are taught by Brittany, Pathway’s owner and advanced instructor. These sessions reflect her additional years of teaching experience, advanced training, and experience supporting clients with complex movement needs or specific goals.
CLASSES

Classes are intentionally limited to 6–10 participants to support confident, intentional movement. With a shared foundation and a focus on form, you’ll move through each class with flow, building strength in a supportive group setting.
Workshops & Special Events
Deepen your understanding of movement, wellness, and your body through educational workshops and special studio events. Topics vary throughout the year and may include Pilates, injury prevention, women’s health, core function, and other areas designed to support your well-being.

No previous Pilates experience is required to begin at Pathway. Our introductory options are specifically designed to help new clients learn the foundational movements, equipment, and language used in the studio before progressing into ongoing classes.

Group classes are a great choice for clients who have completed the introductory process and enjoy moving within a supportive community. Private sessions provide more individualized attention and are especially helpful for new clients, specific goals, injuries, movement concerns, or anyone who prefers to work at their own pace.

Private sessions offer one-on-one instruction tailored entirely to you. Duets allow two clients to share a session, while trios are designed for three participants. Duets and trios work best when participants have similar experience levels, goals, and scheduling availability.

All Pathway instructors are comprehensively trained and committed to providing thoughtful, individualized instruction. Advanced Instructor sessions are taught by Brittany, the studio owner, and reflect her additional years of teaching experience, advanced training, and work with clients who may have more complex movement needs or specific goals.

Each class listing includes its level, format, instructor, and other helpful details. Choose a class that matches your current experience and instructor recommendations. When you are unsure whether a class is appropriate for you, please reach out before booking.

Pilates can often be adapted to support a variety of bodies and needs. Please share any injuries, medical conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or movement concerns with us before your first session. A private evaluation or individualized session may be recommended so we can determine the most supportive starting point for you.

You can view availability and reserve your spot through our online booking system. Advance registration is required for all classes and sessions. Once you create an account, you will also be able to manage your bookings, packages, and schedule in one place.

Yes. Pathway offers packages for clients who would like to attend consistently and receive a lower per-session rate. Larger packages may also include complimentary sessions, such as 16 sessions for the price of 15 or 22 sessions for the price of 20. Package options can be viewed and purchased through our online booking system.

Clients receive a 3% discount on eligible packages when paying by cash or check in person at the studio. This discount does not apply to the New Client Evaluation or New Client Package. Please contact us before purchasing online if you would like to use this payment option.

Most class and session packages expire one year from the date of purchase. The New Client Package must be completed within three months. We encourage you to choose the package that best fits your anticipated schedule.

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you and your instructor to see how your body is moving. Bring water and any information your instructor may need regarding injuries or physical concerns. Additional studio-specific details will be included in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of the session fee. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after the start of a session may not be able to participate and may forfeit the session.
