A private session is a one-on-one Pilates experience tailored entirely to you. Whether you’re a beginner, working with an injury, or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your practice, your instructor will guide you through movement designed for your body, your goals, and your pace.

DUETS

For Trio Pricing Please Reach Out


Duet sessions offer the same personalized approach as privates, shared with a partner. You’ll move together while each receiving individualized guidance, making it a supportive and connected way to practice alongside a friend or family member.

Brittany Dever, Owner

My teaching is rooted in the belief that knowledge is the path to empowerment. I strive to demystify the human body for my clients, making Pilates an approachable and engaging journey. My ultimate goal is to nurture not only physical strength but also confidence. Since 2019, I've had the pleasure of teaching a diverse range of clients, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Lauren McCall

My connection to movement began through athletics and evolved into a deeper practice through Pilates after recovering from major abdominal surgeries, including the birth of my daughter. What started as a personal journey became a powerful way to rebuild strength and reconnect to my body.

I completed The Pilates Center’s 600-hour Intermediate Plus Program and am passionate about helping clients feel strong, capable, and confident in their movement—wherever they are starting from.

Reva Adams

My teaching is rooted in a love of movement, shaped by my background in dance and yoga. After earning my BFA in Dance and completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I continued my education through The Pilates Center’s 600-hour Intermediate Plus Program.

I believe movement is a form of medicine and strive to help clients build strength, awareness, and connection to their bodies. My goal is to meet each person where they are and support them in feeling more confident and at ease in their movement.

Mari Kraske

My teaching is shaped by a lifelong connection to movement, beginning with my early training as a ballet dancer. Having undergone spinal fusion surgery for severe scoliosis as a teenager, I’ve learned the importance of working with the body’s unique structure rather than against it. I aim to create a space where clients feel both challenged and supported, with a focus on building strength, stability, and confidence over time
