Join us for a workshop that blends education and movement to help you better understand your core, reconnect with your body, and begin rebuilding strength in a safe and supportive way.
Led by physical therapist, Andrea Barberio, and Pilates instructor, Brittany Dever, this session offers a thoughtful, guided approach to restoring function and confidence after diastasis recti.

How the pelvic floor and core muscles work together
The role of ribcage position and alignment
How to use breathing strategies to support healing

This workshop is ideal for postpartum individuals at any stage, as well as anyone experiencing core weakness or looking to better understand and support their core in a safe, intentional way.
