Join us for a workshop that blends education and movement to help you better understand your core, reconnect with your body, and begin rebuilding strength in a safe and supportive way.

Led by physical therapist, Andrea Barberio, and Pilates instructor, Brittany Dever, this session offers a thoughtful, guided approach to restoring function and confidence after diastasis recti.

🔍 What You'll Learn:

  • The anatomy of the abdomen and pelvis

  • How the pelvic floor and core muscles work together

  • The role of ribcage position and alignment

  • How to use breathing strategies to support healing

✨What You’ll Do:

  • Explore targeted, supportive exercises for your core

  • Improve tension and support across the abdominal wall

  • Develop awareness and control for safe movement in daily life

🌿 Who This Is For:

This workshop is ideal for postpartum individuals at any stage, as well as anyone experiencing core weakness or looking to better understand and support their core in a safe, intentional way.

All levels welcome. Space is limited to 15 participants.
